Ruff Ruff....there's a dog in my stomach.

Every time I return to Texas I am blown away with the level of health my family upholds. My parents work out every day and have become little health nutty-ish in the past five years. After being at school around people who are some what the opposite... coming home is a convenient time to do a little 'body house keeping.' I am currently participating in a cleanse.... avoiding sugar, most carbs, and all caffeine. The idea is to up your fiber, iron, and water intake... and be aware of how much excess mindlessness we partake in. The moral to this story is that IM STARVING. Tomorrow, I am going on vacation to a beach town called San Clemente with all of the girls in my family... if I can abstain from any guilty pleasures on this trip... I believe I'll deserve a prize. Maybe I will just go rub Rachel's Oatmeal cookie candles all up on my skin in lieu of eating them. I have hope that there's a slight chance the delectable smell might bring me some joy.

In the mean time...while in San Clemente I will finally get the chance to photograph my little sister in a few nautical vintage outfits ive been collecting as of late. I believe I'll make her skip around on the beach for a while... until my camera's heart is content. I'm also going to enjoy wearing floppy hats and doing ocean things. If you'd like to be photographed.. meet me on the Southern Californian sand and we'll work some magic. Until then... Go eat a cookie in my honor. Buenas Noches fellow Sailors.

im the president

today at work, well antique store work, we had a bunch of candles melting on these internet machines. they smelled good. then my aunt and boss started rubbing hot wet candle wax on me. and she was like ITS A MOISTURIZER. and rubbed all this wet candle juice onto my skin. and it dissipated into my pores. now i smell really good, like oatmeal cookies, and have been weirdly sticky and moisturized all day. TRY it now.

my beautiful view. how i love colorado. and thaats the lake i swim in. and by swim in i mean run around.

Due to the relocation of our bodies... it's been a while since we've updated. We apologize for our lack of blogging. I am currently in Texas, enjoying the 105 degree heat and humidity, swimming daily, and enjoying not living like a college student for a while. There's always fresh food in the fridge, and sane people to talk to. I am really LOVING being home. I am currently trying to figure out my plans for the next year. This past weekend I went to Austin to explore job and school options down there. It intensely reminded me of my beloved months spent in San Francisco. It too is filled with free thinking artists, vintage stores, and vegetarian food. My Dream. However, the best part is that it still some how maintains some serious Southern charm. There's a nice mixture of old southern locals, college students, and families. This Capitol city is filled with a wonderful energy....it houses the type of atmosphere that inspires me to learn from the minds and ideas surrounding my so often feeble habits and shortcomings. I was also able to catch up with some old friends, and have an interview at Buffalo Exchange. I returned home last night, and am still struggling to catch up on sleep. Today is a lazy day. God bless it.
As far as other recent happenings, a few of my latest obsessions include:
1. Cozby.. (my Nephew dog that I am babysitting)
2. Frozen Cool Whip
3. Snow Cone Art
4. Not texting
5. Stalking people...as always.
6. Reading books I never make time to read
7. Hanging out with my mother
8. Cheese boards
9. Courtney's new apt
10. Hip Hop... for some strange reason
11. Not speeding... in fact... going very slow.
12. Cricket's rubbing their legs together at night
13. Swimming Laps
14. Blackberries on my tongue
15. Organizing things
16. Green things
17. Chipotle Sauce
18. My friends that just got home from their missions
19. Being more passive
20. Access to a million girlly treasures like perfume, and clothes that collect when all three Cooper sisters reunite.
I hope things are well with you blessed and scholarly followers. I miss my wife dearly, and dream of every funny thing she has ever said often. I find myself trying to explain the zest of Rachel to nearly anyone and everyone that will listen...but the truth is... you have to know her to understand such a human. What a wondrous friend, sister, wife, and long lost triplet she is to me. I'm sure Colorado enjoy's her living there. Picture of some clothes for sale, and snow cone art.. soon to come! ;) Go do summer things.

stop it.

okhayyyyy. so i havent blogged in quite some time. luckily it is because i have been living in the woods and cant find a computer. more or less. for the break im in colorado with my aunt. she DOooees live in a large cabin in a very foresty place and while there is a computer fifteen feet from my room, MY computer with all of my pictures and cool things and privacy is brokkken.
sadd. madd. anyway, colorado is awesome and is my favorite place ever. my aunt doesnt have air conditioning so i just live in front of a fan. actually thats not even necessary because i like being warm and its a nice break from my large, satanic roommates who blasted the air conditioning when it WASNT WARM all the time (so i, in turn, blasted the heat when it wasnt cold all the other times, oops).
in addition, i work in my aunts antique/craft mall, which is AMAZING. i have never seen so many pretty things in one place. or so i THOUGHT. until one of the sellers at her store, who sells vintage clothes and hats and jewelry and accessories, took me downtown where she stores all of her clothes. and my brain melted with amazement. so that is nice. i also know no one, which i like and gives me a lot of reading time and time to run around a lake. mmmmm. yeah. ill give you some pictures when my computer fixes itself, hopefully it will do that soon.
oh. also i miss kortney. and hope my roommates get pizza placed on their faces for getting her kicked ouut. also. kortney needs to blog. and stop being at a pool without me.
oh. KRISTIN - i have something reaaaaallllly cool to put in our room in the fall. which is pictured on my actual computer.
oh. and i really want to go on a roller coaster. and see edward sharpes on wednesday.
oh. byyyeee.
